I did not try to test all the functions in this solutions pack but was able successfully execute differ program using example on page 91-92 of manual, so module appears be working. Manual is in very good condition with minor shelf wear and corner/edge damage. It took me about an hour to figure out how get the first program run so no promises. HP-41 advantage advanced solutions pac 5061-7285 including manual, Sn 8616.

If you want another program tested I will give it a shot assuming have not yet sold the HP-41cx that used to test. I have attempted to accurately describe the item and include pertinent photographs.
